Stable Reserve, located in downtown Franklin, directly across from The Franklin Theatre, is the first distillery on Franklin, Tennessee’s historic Main Street since Prohibition. The local distillery serves coffee in the morning and cocktails at all times in the tasting room, which has a long bar incorporating the original 1800’s horse stable from the building and numerous, cozy seating areas and tables throughout. Stable Reserve offers a regularly expanding line of award-winning spirits that includes rye whiskey, rye-based bourbon, wheated bourbon, and special single barrels. Stable Reserve also offers other popular spirits, including vodka, gin and cream liqueurs. The centrally located spot has become the unofficial home to Franklin’s favorite Espresso Martini, a must-visit destination for both visitors and locals.

Multiple exclusive experiences are available to first-time visitors and bourbon-connoisseurs alike. The “Stable Reserve Tasting Experience,” a step up from the regular tastings offered daily, is a guided tasting led by knowledgeable spirit educators. Visitors can also get first-hand experience with the distilling process by signing up for the “Blend Your Own Bourbon Experience,” where visitors can blend their very own barrel-proof expression of bourbon and take it home to enjoy with friends and family.

As part of Stable Reserve’s commitment to celebrating local arts and culture, the Distillery introduced the Stable Songwriter Series, a unique event that brings together the best of Tennessee’s rich musical heritage and craft spirits. Held monthly in the cozy tasting room, this series features intimate performances by some of the country’s most talented songwriters, offering guests a rare opportunity to enjoy live music in a truly unique setting.
