The Franklin Recreation Complex, operated by Williamson County Parks and Recreation, is a full-service facility offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities. Visitors will find a gymnasium, indoor walking track, wellness center with weight and cardio equipment, arts and crafts and group fitness rooms, a dance studio, racquetball/wallyball courts, classrooms, and meeting rooms.

Aquatic features include indoor and outdoor pools and a splash park, complemented by outdoor tennis and sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, soccer fields, and pavilions. The complex also provides an access point to the Harpeth River. Year-round programming is available for all ages, including aquatics, arts and crafts, athletics, dance, theatre, senior activities, therapeutic recreation, summer camps, and party rentals such as birthday pool parties.
