Bicentennial Park is a 14-acre public space blending historic preservation, recreation, and event amenities. Once home to the Georgia Boot Factory, the site has been transformed into a multi-functional venue with a 22,000-square-foot open-air pavilion, event lawn and amphitheater, shaded picnic areas, and a public plaza honoring the city’s interurban railway history.

The park connects to Franklin’s trail system, making it accessible by foot or by bike from surrounding neighborhoods and downtown. With a capacity for 3,000–5,000 people, Bicentennial Park hosts community events, performances, and everyday recreation.
